2023 KOSOVO
MISSION TRIP
winter mission trip
Our New City Church family has been investing into the country of Kosovo for over 2 decades now and
we are continuing to see the faithfulness and provision of God as we enter into a new season, with new
opportunities for sharing the gospel of Christ like never before. This past year we have launched a New City
campus in the heart of Kosovo, the village of Krush e’ Vogel, near the city of Prizren. Over the years, our primary investment has been in the village day care, providing comfort and education for children growing up without a strong male presence due to the ethnic cleansing that took place in the late 90s. More recently, we have hosted several youth camps for high school and young adults, with incredible opportunities to share the hope of Jesus. We have seen a handful of young Kosovars accept the Lord Jesus as their Savior through these camps. This year, we have begun an entirely new venture with a more direct approach to evangelism in our host village, and its neighboring city.
For two weeks this February, we are sending a team to partner alongside New City Kosovo.
During this mission trip, we will be hosting evangelistic events aimed at Muslim young adults in Prizren, as well as hosting our first-ever Marriage Conference for believers throughout all of Kosovo. Our time in Kosovo will also be intentional about imparting faith, equipping, and expectation for the Kosovars who call New City Church their home with times of passionate prayer and worship.
We are planning on being there from February 1 - February 15, but various factors could force us to change these dates slightly.

Where is Kosovo?
Kosovo is a small, land-locked country, in Southeast Europe.
Located in the center of the Balkans, Kosovo is surrounded by Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Albania. What once was in the middle of Yugoslavia, is now an independent country, and has been since 2008. Making it Europe's newest country.
Kosovo has a population of nearly 2 million people and is about 98% Muslim. As we mentioned before, Kosovo is a small country (you can fit 34 Kosovo's inside of the state of Montana) so it doesn't take a lot of traveling to meet all of its citizens. Which we think is great for when it comes to spreading the Gospel.
