The Legacy Team is an outlet for those who identify themselves as having the spiritual gift of giving.  It is for those who want to develop that gift and use it to accelerate God's purposes at New City Church.

We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully.

God has given each of us a gift.  Some can sing.  Some can teach.
Those with the spiritual gift of giving have been called and motivated to accelerate the plans of God by giving financially wherever He directs them.
At New City Church, we are learning to be more intentional about equipping these self-identified givers so God's purposes for our church family are never hindered by lack of resources.

Legacy Team members give influence, resources and time toward the ministry of New City Church to advance the cause of Christ. Each member prayerfully commits to give over and above their tithe to impact eternity for generations to come—to leave a legacy.
